The Benefits of Brookwoods Group

Our professionals enjoy the same kind of benefits as the employees of our clients. As a full-time USA-based employee of Brookwoods Group, you receive the following benefits:

PPO Medical Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group pays 50 percent of your employee premium.
  • Additional family coverage is offered at the employee’s expense.

PPO Dental Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group pays 50 percent of your employee premium.
  • Additional family coverage is offered at the employee’s expense.

Group Life Insurance:

  • Brookwoods Group pays for $30,000 of life insurance coverage.

Brookwoods Group 401(k) Plan with Employer Match*:

  • Saving money for retirement is more important than ever these days. That’s why we offer a tax-deferred retirement savings plan with employer match for our Texas-based employees.  (*Employees outside of Texas are offered a comparable 401(k) plan that does not include employer match.)

Personal Time Off:

  • From the very first day you’re hired, you begin to earn accrued hours for up to 10 days per year of paid personal time off for vacation, illness or any purpose.
  • After two years, that accrual rate increases to 15 days per year for vacation, illness or any purpose.
  • After four years, that accrual rate increases to 20 days per year off for vacation, illness or any purpose.

Paid Holidays:

  • Every Brookwoods Group employee can have up to ten paid holidays a year. However, they must be coordinated with the client.
